In this edition of Abandoned Iceland, we visited Jökulsárlón and found a handful of Icelanders, expats and one seal roaming around. No one else. It was truly incredible.

The Fosshotel Glacier Lagoon is only 15 minutes away from the Jökulsárlón, and at the edge of Vatnajökull glacier. A truly wonderful place to rest at.
